One of my favorites from my recent BeautyMNL haul is this COSRX Acne Pimple Master Patch. Let's see if this acne patch works for me.
Cosrx Acne Pimple Master patch heals acne blemishes quickly while preventing future breakouts
Price: ₱180 per pack
The pack contains 24 patches of different sizes:
- 7mm x 10 patches
- 10mm x 5 patches
- 12mm x 9 patches
These are hydrocolloid patches that treats acne. It's amazing that it eliminates the bacteria inside the acne after several hours and repairs the skin around it!
Mistakes happened during my trial of this patches, I got the wrong size and applied it on my just-done-night-skin-routine-face - so it was really hydrated and moisturized prior to application of the Cosrx Acne Pimple Master Patch.

First try: Applied it after my nigh time routine. |
My first try: Removed the Acne patch the next day but it pulled out the skin as well as the acne sebum! :( Immediately washed my face and attempt the second try.
After several hours, the patch changed color, indicating it already absorbed the sebum the proper way.
Result: My second try too me around 5 hours to see the effect. I can say it was really effective, if I'll have cystic acne in the future, I'll use this and update this post as well.
Ingredients: Cellulose gum, Styrene Isoprene Styrene Block Copolymer, Polysobutylene, Petroleum Resin, Polyurethane Film, Liquid Paraffin, Tetrakis Methane
Acne fighting ingredients usually contains benzoyl peroxide and salycilic acid, but it doesn't have any. These actually gets skin too much drying and not a good choice for sensitive skin. I do not have sensitive skin but I often check ingredients lately for skin care products.
I remember that works similar to Miacare Acne Patch and I've reviewed their Acne Patch for night variant. However, COSRX got a better color since it match my skin color and has different sizes but Miacare sticks stronger. I like Cosrx better in my opinion.
