Human Nature Rethink Your Pink Campaign

Did You Know? 1 in 8 Filipinas will suffer from cancer in her lifetime.
"While the chemicals in cosmetics make us look, feel and smell better, research strongly suggests that at certain exposure levels, some of these chemicals may contribute to the development of cancer in people." --BreastCancer.org
"These ingredients [petrochemicals] pose risks of cancer, genetic damage and reproductive toxicity (including infertility) to unsuspecting consumers, and their infants and children." -- University of Illinois School of Public Health Emeritus Professor Samuel Epstein, M.D.
Every October, you may notice brands proclaiming their support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month:
Ironically, many of these contain ingredients linked to breast cancer, the very disease they say they aim to help cure. This phenomenon is what you call pink washing.

Human Nature Rethink your Pink Campaign

Early this November 2016, I receive a box from Human Nature, I'm surprised how heavy it was, I think it was the same box size with the dealer's box I purchased 5 years ago. I'm a dealer for my personal use.
The box contains lovely bath and body products from Human Nature which I tried already except for some before.
  • Balancing Toner
  • Balancing Facial Wash
  • Natural Body Wash in Gentle Berry
  • Natural Feminine Wash
  • Healthy Lotion
  • Natural Shampoo
  • Natural Conditioner
  • Natural Toothpaste
The Human Nature Balancing Facial toner* and facial wash* helps with oil control. It contains Manila Elemi which is also known as PILI. Manila Elemi is known to normalize skin oils. It gives the skin the deep cleansing it needs without the harsh sting of chemicals.
I first tried this body wash when I was in having a fitness journey with Curves, all their products in the wash room are from Human Nature. This Natural Body wash in Gentle Berrywas one of the yummiest scented body wash I've tried. It's also available in bigger packaging.

After shower, honestly it gives my the fresh and really uplifts the mood <3
Mild and gentle feminine wash* and it's not irritating nor burning sensation for the intimate area. I've tried a scented brand from a market but it just irritates me and had to stop it already. Thankful that I'm safe with this one.
For skin moisturizing needs, the Human Nature healthy lotion* would be the answer. It's lightweight and definitely non greasy. Hello healthy happy skin!
The Human Nature Natural Shampoo* and Conditioner*  is both mild to the scalp yet it cleanse effectively.  My first time to use this Mandarin fresh scent. For the Natural Shampoo, it just doesn't lather a lot than other shampoo in the market.
Natural toothpaste* anyone? If you prefer the less minty taste and not sting for toothpaste, go for Human Nature. They got the right amount of fluoride for the teeth as it is the most efficient way to reduce tooth decay. i  just find this hard to remove gum grease due to greasy foods. I'd like to share that when you use natural toothpaste, it makes breath smells better by morning compared to other non-natural toothpaste, probably because of the ingredients.
The fight against cancer starts with reading the label on your personal care products and knowing what to avoid. It would be up to you to decide and hope you can share this awareness to everyone.
