Swimming Lesson Marikina Sports Center (MSC)

Updated January 2017

Hi, everyone! I've posted a photo of me together with my sister on facebook, for our 1st swimming lesson. I do not know how to swim but I learned how to do floating, at least, knowing this can save my life. The others? no idea how to do the proper way of breathing, strokes, and techniques.
Why did I decide to enroll myself in a swimming lesson? Aside of to learn a new skill, I like to rely only on myself when I'm in the water. I'm always afraid to go to that 6ft level. I'm only 5'3 and a bit risky for me with the 5ft (thinking about it inside my brain!). The workout was the other but my least reason.
I read up on different sites where I can check various swimming lessons here in the Philippines. I don't know somebody who knows how to swim AND can train at the same time, so better to enroll ourselves instead. I'm looking for an affordable (not a full session payment, but per session payment) BUT effective class for adults like me. The location and time were also a thing I consider! I'm glad to saw an advertisement post in OLX about the swimming lesson.

Our coach is Sir Eric, he can coach adults and young adults. He offers 3-4 session (2-3 hrs/session) of swimming class. He requires a minimum of 2 students. It's his part-time job this summer. He offers swimming lesson and can coach in competition swimming not snorkeling or survival swimming.

For our 1st day, we already learned a lot and just consumed 2 hours for the session, 6 pm to 8 pm. We can stay for a little more practice but we had to travel back to Antipolo.

The Swimming Lesson was really affordable and effective! We never knew those things about swimming before and how to apply it. Looking forward to our next sessions.

Because of this, I decided to share his services on my blog, without him knowing I did this. Hoping a reader would be interested and like to enroll in swimming a well. There's no referral fee here guys :D
Prepare your swimming attire and goggles and learn to swim!
