Marison's opens at SM City Masinag

Jul 25, 2017 //
Marison's began with a concept that residents of Antipolo like me, do not need to go to Manila to enjoy gourmet food and a great dining experience. The idea was to offer an experience at par or capping of what can be found in popular districts of Manila.
Marison's, armed then with 9 employees quietly opened its door on December 1, 2013, while its owner, Marison Villareal, a retired Tax Lawyer for 35 years and a cancer survivor is recovering in the hospital after a hysterectomy a day prior to the opening day. The first few months of operation proved to be very difficult. Its owners lack the background and experience in running a restaurant. But the owners did not lose faith. With their great faith in the Lord, competent employees, excellent food, and service, Marison's slowly but surely gained acceptance in the community and earned a reputation as a great family restaurant. Good and excellent reviews from happy customers in travel sites such as TripAdvisor and Zomato helped Marison's to get noticed even more.

Soon, it is not only the local community that has taken notice of Marison's, but celebrities and features on TV shows namely KrisTV, Midnight Express segment of SAKSI, Unang Hirit, and Cook Eat Right and even globally through TFC Kapamilya Treat of Dimples on The Filipino Channel Overseas. Unpaid bloggers likewise helped Marison's established its good reputation.

Within 3 years of its operations, with Marison's SM City Masinag in Antipolo as the latest addition to its growing network of stores, Marison;s has grown from its initial 9 employees to 45 regular employees and 3 branches.
They have a big heart family as they do not hire contractual employees, already regular employee since day 1. Its original vision of offering a great dining experience to the local community was achieved and more. Now, people travel to Antipolo just to experience what Marison's has to offer.

Marison's envisions to continue to innovate on Filipino Cuisine and to be a shining example of a small, homegrown company practicing good business ethics and corporate social responsibility.
