Yummy Big Baon Blowout Fair experience

May 25, 2015 //
I recently attended this food fair organized by YUMMY magazine held at Activity Center of Trinoma last May 23, 2015. They have a bunch of attendees mostly mommies and their kids - probably they would like to check a new baon idea they may discover after the event. We enjoyed the food from 30 concessionaires and we also bought different products they offer.

What we bought and caught our taste buds?
They also have raffle during the event and a cooking demo. They also let the audience try the food after the demo.
Overall, we had our tummy filled with these gourmet food! We'd love to see their products around. I might need to repurchase these for my biscuits soon!

Press Release:

YUMMY MAGAZINE HOLDS ITS
FIRST-EVER BIG BAON BLOWOUT

The new school year is about to start—there’s no better way to welcome it than having a Big Baon Blowout.

Yummy Magazine, the country’s number 1 food magazine, gave everyone a delightful whole-day food affair with Yummy-approved concessionaires at the Trinoma Activity Center in Quezon City.

More than 1500 participants rushed to event, mostly mommies with their families in tow, to get baon ideas as well as cooking and food preparation tips from food experts and guest chefs. Guest chefs include Yummy Magazine team’s Erickson John "IDGE" Mendiola, Assistant Managing Editor, Katrina Luisa "TRINKA" Gonzales, Assistant Style Editor, and Ma. Rachelle "RACH" Santos, Food Director. Smart Parenting contributing writer, Michelle Aventajado, and Good Housekeeping Food Editor, Roselle Miranda, also whipped up a few recipes for the participants.

“Yummy Big Baon Blowout is a great opportunity for everyone to try food that they can take to school or even to work. This event is actually not only for students but we timed it before school starts,” says Rach of Yummy Magazine. “A lot of people really enjoy eating and preparing food, so we hope to have the Big Baon Blowout annually, especially since this first one was a success.”

Yummy Big Baon Blowout is brought to you by Yummy Magazine together with Smart Parenting, Good Housekeeping, Total Girl and K-Zone. This event is co-presented by Aquiva, and sponsored by Datu Puti and Lady’s Choice, and major sponsors Goldilocks, Bounty Fresh Chicken, and Hunt’s Pork & Beans. Per DTI-FTRB-SPD Permit # 2118, series of 2015.
