This was one of the events I’ve been waiting since March when I first got the racing kit.

It was my first 5k run experience. I think I’m not fit enough right now to pursue the 10k but I am looking forward to finish a 10k run in the future. It’s a cool experience because I was able to run with the other princess wearing pink tutu skirts and pink singlet. I do not have any run mate with me haha always solo. The race was open to Princes and Princesses - Yes, there’s some gents to! and some cutie cosplayers and showbiz idols.

Oh, by the way, I also saw some gents during the run! Most of them joined 10k run. I finished the run roughly 50 minutes. I’m not sure if that’s good or bad for a 5k run. I do not have any training prior to the fun run. I just run in my phase and walk if I’m tired then run again. Well, I think I can do better next time.

Most girls are running fast in 5k because of Mr. Dingdong Dantes - it’s a good thing because he motivates the runners to finish the race.

"Let’s go after Dingdong and take a photo with him!"

Gun started later than the said time in our kit. Sunshineeeee smiling at me :)

They have enough water and Pocari Sweat stations to the racers. I’d like to mention also those people who assist to distribute the drinks - they’re very supportive! :) They cheer the racers to keep going along the race.

After the race, we claim our medal and then the finisher’s cup.

Together with the finisher’s cup was the Pink Fair ticket - served as our entrance to join the next event.

Etude House Pink Fair 2014 was not as successful as 2012 and 2013 in my opinion. Maybe due to a big number of participants compared to the previous Pink Fair, they was not able to entertain all of the participants. I experience waiting over the line and they will tell you the booth had to cut off.

I’ve successfully lined 4 out of 17 booths

  • Tous les Jours

  • Yoree

  • Studex

  • Photobooth

I was not able to take home any prize from any game during the Pink Fair :< I hope they could inform the participants that they only have limited prizes available. And I realized that what will happen to those participants who finished the race late since they’re as fast compared to other racers.

Pink Fair 2014 venue was definitely not guest friendly for me. It was open air the booth was set up in a sandy area and sun smiling at you directly (BGC 34th St.) Do you like the feeling of sand scattered when it blew the air? :( No.

Overall, I still enjoy the race but not sure about the Pink Fair.

I’ll be waiting for the next Etude Princess Run and looking forward to attend Etude House Pink Fair next year.

I definitely love the race! But hoping they could just separate the day of the Pink Fair instead of setting the 2 events in a day. I also experienced poor customer support from Etude House Girl - feedback@etudehouse.ph and even to their facebook account. I’m not receiving replies from my concerns. I hope my comments would be able to reach the organizers so they could improve their events next year.

How was your Run?
