May 18, 2014 //
This month of March, there will be a bunch of youngsters having their summer break - usual end of the school year for primary and secondary education here in the Philippines. I want to share this easy merienda for your loved ones.

What you need:

Marshmallows - No specific brand, but I prefer to use Marshies since as you could see they already have a rectangular cut mallows! This 40g pack contains approximately 15pcs.20-154
1 pack M.Y. San Graham Crackers 250g
1285238211-flattops
2 packs Flat Tops Chocolate 50g (approx 10pcs) - I bought 2 packs since the bigger packaging was already out of broth on the supermarket that timemicrowave
Lastly, a Microwave
Steps:
1. Break you Graham crackers into squares. 2. Layer your ingredients as what you could see on the photo.

3. Put the plate to your microwave, heat it for 10-20 secs until mallows will blow-up. (Time will vary depending on your microwave, some microwave will heat your chocolate for only 10-seconds) 4. Bring out your plate and top it with the other side of your cracker. TIP:
  • Please use a microwavable plate.
  • You may cut into two pieces if you’ll be using FLAT TOPS, so that it’ll melt easier.
  • No need to wait and check if the chocolate is already melted like its already flowing outside your crackers. (It’s too messy)
Best serve when it’s just out from the microwave, but you could also stock in up to your cookie jar :) 1557619_10203044823544047_190019771_n********************************
